Article I Section 8 Clause 5 gives ONLY the Congress has the power to Coin Money and regulate the value thereof. But the Congress does not possess the power to print currency that is not redeemable in gold and silver coin. The Congress is not currently performing their constitutional duty to do this very important task. And, the Congress does not possess the power nor the authority to steal the value of our gold and silver Coin transactions that have  forced "We the People" into a position of unconstitutional involuntary servitude to the international bankers!
