U.S. Defined
I'll bet you thought you lived in the United States, but did you know that the term "United States" has a distinct legal definition? I'm here to show you that if you live in any one of the 50 states, then you are not living in the United States by definition. Please consider the following definitions so that you can make an intelligent decision as to where you make your home.
According to Black’s Law Dictionary the term “United States” means:
“This term has several meanings. It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in family of nations, it may designate territory over which sovereignty of United States extends, or it may be collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution. Hooven & Allison v, Evatt, U.S. Ohio, 65 S.Ct. 870, 880, 324 U.S. 652, 89 L.Ed. 1252.”
Let me break this down for you so that you’ll understand how the Congress sits and acts in three separate, distinct and different capacities.
1. “It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in family of nations.” The United States in this capacity sits as foreign diplomats in other countries as in contracting treaties and in regards to regulating commerce with foreign nations.
2. “it may designate territory over which sovereignty extends.” In this capacity, the United States encompasses the possessions such as Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands, as other property belonging to the United States.
3. “or it may be collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution.” In this capacity the Congress writes general laws for the protection of all people. Sort of like an international collective bargaining power agent/diplomat.
All three of the above capacities relate to the United States Constitution under Article I Section 8 Clause 3.
The California Commercial Code Section 9307(h) says:
"The United States is located in the District of Columbia."
Title 26 United States Code Section 7701(9) says:
The term “United States” when used in a geographical sense includes only the States and the District of Columbia.
And further Section 7701 (10) says:
The term ‘State’ shall be construed to include the District of Columbia, where such construction is necessary to carry out provisions of this title.”
Do you see that? Of course it's necessary for you to be placed in this State or in the State so that they can tax you as revealed in the California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 6017 which says:
"In this State" or "in the State" means within the exterior limits of the State of California and includes all territory within these limits owned by or ceded to the United States of America.
Will someone please tell me if the District of Columbia has two senators? Oh, but there’s more as found in the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 10.085 “State defined. ‘State’ when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories.”
I would venture to say that all 50 states have similar definitions as you can see by the Nevada and California definitions of these terms.
And further, the California Vehicle Code Section 325 says:
A "foreign jurisdiction" is any other state, the District of Columbia, territories or possessions of the United States, and foreign states, provinces, or countries.
Now consider how the United States is defined according to Title 28 United States Code Section 3002 definitions, which says:
(15) “United States” means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.
Are you totally confused? Do be because Title 28 United States Codes also tells us under section 297 that the states are countries. Take a look for yourself . . . .
Section 297 Assignment of judges to courts of the freely associated compact states.
(a) The Chief Justice or the chief judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit may assign any circuit or district judge of the Ninth Circuit, with the consent of the judge so assigned, to serve temporarily as a judge of any duly constituted court of the freely associated compact states whenever an official duly authorized by the laws of the respective compact state requests such assignment and such assignment is necessary for the proper dispatch of the business of the respective court.
(b) The Congress consents to the acceptance and retention by any judge so authorized of reimbursement from the countries referred to in subsection (a) of all necessary travel expenses, including transportation.
You may live in one of the freely associated compact states of the United States of America, but by definition, you do not live in the United States as these are two separate jurisdictions. One uses gold and silver Coin as a Tender in Payment of Debts and the other uses Federal Reserve Notes to discharge a debt. The Federal Reserve Banks are not Federal nor are they a reserve. Federal Reserve Notes are not redeemable in gold and silver Coin and are a FRAUD.
So what are we to do about this situation? The only remedy is for us to demand that the Congress start performing their duties according to the Constitution. We must demand our precious gold and silver Coin back into circulation!
Federal Question
An issue directly involving the U.S. Constitution, federal statutes, or treaties between the United States and a foreign country.
Application of these kinds of law to particular cases or interpretation of the meanings of these laws is a power within the authority of the federal courts. The authority to hear lawsuits that turn on a point of federal law is called federal question jurisdiction. Federal district courts can hear federal question cases only if the dispute involves an interest or right worth more than $75,000. If the amount in controversy is less than $75,000, the action must be commenced in a state court. [You could start this process with a simple traffic ticket.]
Do you think that we might bring Article I Section 10 into play as a Federal Question? Are we entitled as members of the posterity to a gold and silver compensated state court judge? Are we allowing the state court judge to violate his Oath of Office and commit treason against that American People by agreeing to pay fines and penalties in Federal Reserve notes and not gold and silver Coin?
These questions must be considered and it is up to us to demand that the Congress start performing their duty according to the Constitution and not the special interests of foreign International Bankers.
Take the power back and re-claim your birthright!
