RE: Case No. AN1343453
Greetings Clerk of Court:
Enclosed please find my surety John Q. Citizen’ check no. 101 in the amount of $118.50 dollars which is an alleged bail amount identified on the false record created on December 18, 2006 . The posting of this amount is not to be construed as any admission, consent and/or agreement that the proceedings of December 18, 2006 were constitutional.
I object and refuse to pay a $10.00 dollar “correction fee” especially when this matter has not been properly placed before a court of record with a presiding judge who is compensated in gold and silver Coin as per the National Constitution Article I Section 10 which is the supreme law of the land according to California Constitution Article III Section 1.
This letter is lawful notification to you, pursuant to The Bill of Rights of the National Constitution, in particular, the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Ninth Amendments, and The Bill of Rights of the California Constitution, in particular, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 13, 15, 17, and 18, and pursuant to your oath, and requires your response specific to the subject matter by January 22, 2007. Your failure to correct the record reflecting Commissioner Stone’s disqualification as of December 18, 2006 by January 22, 2007, and/or rebut, with particularity, everything with which you disagreed is your lawful, legal and binding agreement with and admission to the fact that everything in this letter is true, correct, legal, lawful and binding upon you, in any court, anywhere in America , without your protest or objection or that of those who represent you. Your silence is your acquiescence. See: Connally v. General Construction Co., 269 U.S. 385, 391. Notification of legal responsibility is “the first essential of due process of law.” Also, see: U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F. 2d. 297. “Silence can only be equated with fraud where there is a legal or moral duty to speak or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading.”

RE: Case No. AN1343453
Greetings Anaheim City Attorney:
Enclosed you will find copies of the two file stamped documents that I filed on December 18, 2006 . I didn’t see you as the attached record reflects, you were not present in court.
The record states that the City Attorney filed a citation on 11/27/2006 . Which one of you filed this and is willing to take responsibility for turning a citation into a complaint which is not verified? And, further the record states a courtesy notice was sent on 11/28/2006 which was never received by me as the record does not show any “proof of service” which is crucial to establishing jurisdiction.
I disqualified Commissioner Stone and have a witness. The docket does not show that the commissioner was disqualified. I attempted to file my original declaration with a proper motion today and was told by the court clerk that I could not file any papers with the court as it is all done electronically. I object to this unconstitutional denial of due process.
I am entitled to all evidence for or against me. Please provide me with your witness list and copies of all other documents you intend to enter into evidence. Please send this information as soon as possible to the location described below.
Sincerely,
