Did you know that there are two classes of citizenship?

1st class American Citizenship is primary and pertains to your birthright wherein if you were born in one of the freely associated compact states (See 28 U.S.C. §297) your status is apportioned (Art. I Sec. 2 cl. 3), guaranteed and protected against any type of infringement under Article IV of the Constitution for the United States of America.

2nd class U.S. citizenship is secondary and is subject to the jurisdiction and re-apportionment clauses of the 14th amendment to the United States consitution of which said status is created by law and regulated by law. The 2nd class citizenship can be acquired by election to be treated as such and/or by naturalization.

Our ancestors were Citizens of their states and were not subject to the jurisdiction created by the 14th amendment. Their estates were valued in gold and silver Coin.

With the adopting of the so-called 14th amendment one may choose to relinquish his superior status and volunteer to be treated as a subject along with the other persons who previous to the adopting of the 14th amendment had no status or legal standing in law (See Van Valkenburg v. Brown, 43 Cal. 43).
